01 About the Founder

Meet Joanna Medina — the heart behind the bloom.

Joanna earned her Master's Degree in Nursing from the University of Turabo in Gurabo, Puerto Rico, and has spent the last 13 years turning clinical expertise into real human care. With over a decade of bedside and advanced-practice experience, she saw too many people running on empty — pushing through fatigue, dehydration, and burnout without real solutions.

That's why she founded Diamond Bloom Infusions: to bring hospital-quality IV therapy out of the ER and into a space that feels calm, welcoming, and personal. After watching patients leave the hospital "stable" but still drained, she knew there had to be a better way to restore, recover, and recharge. Diamond Bloom was built on one idea — you shouldn't have to be sick to feel your best.

Joanna greets every client herself, because trust starts at the door. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she breaks down medical jargon and meets each client where they are — making healthcare feel less intimidating and more like family. From busy moms and athletes to professionals bouncing back after a long week, she treats every infusion like she's caring for her own — restoring energy, confidence, and the kind of wellness that actually lasts.

Her mission is simple: unite the community one person at a time, one infusion at a time.
